One of the founding members of the International Commercial Law Alliance (ICLA), iLaw, is delighted to announce that Hermon Law of Nigeria and Barnard Inc. Attorneys of South Africa have joined the global group – adding to its recent expansion in Africa.
Both firms have a strong presence across their respective jurisdictions and offer a wide range of legal services including corporate and commercial law, property law, commercial litigation, insurance and family law.
Hermon Law and Barnard Inc. Attorneys hope to employ their highly experienced and motivated teams to assist fellow ICLA members so that their clients can enter new and growing markets in Africa by calling on their local expertise.

The latest partnerships build on ICLA’s growing expansion following its additions to the Alliance in Asia and South America in 2019 and 2020.
