Alex Hall is a senior solicitor in iLaw’s litigation team, dealing with a wide range of high value commercial disputes. Alex qualified as a solicitor in 2010, having trained at a large regional Legal 500 firm where he worked up until joining iLaw in July 2014. Alex has acted on both sides of urgent injunction proceedings and has dealt with complex domestic and international contract disputes, including software and IT claims and often involving intellectual property issues. He has particular experience with business disputes, from shareholder disputes and warranty claims to franchising and partnership disputes.
Alex also has experience in resolving disputes through alternatives to litigation, including negotiation, mediation and expert determination.
